At actually fair., we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products that don't meet your expectations. To maintain our commitment to sustainability and hygiene, we ask that returned items remain in their original packaging and are gently used or unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
